The ground floor is the main activity area of Off Leash and home to our large dog daycare. This open play space allows large breed dogs to move freely, socialize, and enjoy supervised play throughout the day.

The area is visible through large glass panels, allowing visitors and owners to observe the daycare environment while maintaining a safe and controlled entry system. A gated reception buffer ensures dogs enter and exit the facility securely.

Our trained daycare team supervises the play area at all times. Dogs are monitored closely to ensure safe interactions, and the space is regularly cleaned throughout the day to maintain a hygienic and comfortable environment.

This area allows dogs to burn energy, socialize properly, and enjoy a structured day while their owners are away.

The grooming area is located on the ground floor in a dedicated section separated from the daycare environment. Large windows allow natural visibility while maintaining a calm and controlled grooming space.

The area is equipped with professional grooming tables, bathing stations, drying equipment, and all necessary tools to provide safe and efficient grooming services.

Owners can comfortably observe their pets during grooming from the seating area outside the grooming section.

The second floor is dedicated to small breed dogs, providing a safe and comfortable environment designed specifically for their size and temperament.

This loft-style daycare area overlooks the main daycare below while remaining fully separated and secure. The space allows small dogs to socialize, play with toys, and interact under the supervision of our daycare staff.

Gates and secure entry points ensure that only small dogs are present in this area, giving owners peace of mind that their pets are in a suitable environment.

Our staff monitor the dogs throughout the day, encouraging safe play and maintaining cleanliness across the entire space.

Located within the second floor lounge area, the Off Leash Cafe offers visitors a place to relax while spending time at the facility.

Guests can enjoy their drinks while watching the dogs play or while waiting for their pet to get groomed.

Our cafe menu includes:

• Freshly brewed hot coffee
• Cold brew coffee
• Iced beverages
• Teas
• Flavored drinks and syrups

Every drink is prepared by our barista while maintaining the same level of cleanliness and quality expected throughout the facility.

The third floor features a dedicated training space used for structured sessions and behavioral development.

This quiet, controlled environment allows dogs to focus during training while providing enough room for practical exercises and movement.

Our training programs are led by experienced trainers and may include:

• Basic obedience
• Advanced obedience
• Socialization training
• Behavior correction
• Protection training (when applicable)

Dogs enrolled in our in-center training programs stay within our boarding section and attend scheduled training sessions throughout the day. Depending on the program, training may also incorporate controlled exposure to other areas of the facility to help dogs build confidence and real-world discipline.

Our boarding area is located on the third floor and includes 39 kennels in different sizes to accommodate small, medium, and large dogs.

Each kennel provides enough space for dogs to stand, turn, stretch, and rest comfortably. Fresh water is always available, and the entire boarding area is climate-controlled to maintain a comfortable environment.

Natural light enters through hallway windows, helping maintain a calm and healthy atmosphere for the dogs staying with us.

Dogs staying in our boarding program are not confined all day. Instead, they are brought out 5–6 times daily for supervised activity sessions lasting approximately 15–20 minutes each.

During these sessions dogs receive:

• Playtime
• Movement and stretching
• Potty breaks
• Individual attention from our kennel staff

Boarding includes two meals per day, although owners may provide their dog's preferred food and feeding routine if desired.

To maintain a safe and healthy environment for all pets, vaccinations that meet our standards are required for every boarding guest.

Owners may also choose to add daycare access to their dog's boarding stay for additional socialization and activity.
