Terms & Conditions for Facility Entrance

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering our facility. By entering our premises, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed.

1. Reception and Ticket Purchase

To enter our facility, please inform the staff at the reception area and purchase a ticket. Admission without a valid ticket is not permitted.

2. No Running

For the safety of all visitors, running is strictly prohibited within our facility, even while playing with the dogs. Please maintain a controlled and calm environment.

3. Outside Food and Beverages

Bringing outside food and beverages into our facility is not allowed. We strive to maintain cleanliness and ensure the well-being of all animals in our care.

4. Age Restrictions

Any individual under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a family member or relative who is at least 21 years old to enter our facility. If a child visits with a nanny or driver, written confirmation from the child's guardians must be sent to us via WhatsApp prior to entry.

5. Feeding Dogs

Feeding dogs food and treats within our facility is not allowed without the explicit approval of the dog owner. Please respect the dietary requirements and preferences of each individual dog.

6. Handling Dogs

Carrying, dragging, and pulling dogs within our facility is strictly prohibited. Please ensure gentle and respectful handling of all animals.

7. Door Closure

All doors within our facility should be kept closed at all times to prevent any accidental escapes and maintain a secure environment.

8. Assessment of Aggressive and Social Dogs

Aggressive and unsocial dogs will be assessed by our staff to determine whether they can enter our facility. In some cases, entry may be permitted with the use of a muzzle, while in other cases, entry may be refused.

9. Leash and Muzzle Policy

Rottweilers and Belgian Malinois breeds must be on a leash and wear a muzzle at all times while within our facility. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of all visitors and animals.

10. Owner's Responsibility

Every dog owner is fully responsible for the behavior and actions of their pet while within our facility. Please ensure proper supervision and control of your dog at all times.

11. Notification of Dog's Stay

If you will be leaving your dog in our facility for grooming, daycare, or any other services, please inform the reception staff and provide your contact details. This allows us to communicate with you regarding your pet's stay and address any concerns or emergencies.

12. Vaccination Requirements

Only fully vaccinated dogs and cats are accepted within our facility. Proof of vaccination may be required. Proof of vaccination will be requested. Dogs with contagious diseases, serious injuries, recent serious surgical procedures, and females in heat are not allowed within our premises.

13. Water Provision

Owners are responsible for providing their dogs with their own water supply, either through a bowl or a water tumbler. Please ensure your dog has access to fresh water during their visit.

Terms & Conditions for Daycare Services

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our daycare services. By utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the daycare service.

Daily Daycare Terms and Conditions:

1. Vaccinations

To ensure the health and safety of all dogs in our daycare, we require that all dogs should be fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination will be requested. We reserve the right to refuse daycare service if these requirements are not met.

2. Dog Behavior

Dogs entering our daycare must be friendly with both dogs and humans. Aggressive or excessively anxious dogs may not be suitable for our daycare environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that poses a risk to the safety and well-being of other dogs and staff members.

3. Female Dogs in Heat

Female dogs in heat (during their period) will not be accepted in our daycare. This policy is in place to prevent any potential disturbances and maintain a safe and harmonious environment for all dogs.

4. Daycare Cost

The cost for our daily daycare service is 2 KD per hour per dog. The customer will be charged according to the actual duration of their dog's stay in our daycare facility.

5. Informing Reception

Before leaving their dog at our daycare, the customer must inform our reception staff. This is to ensure that we have all the necessary information about the dog's needs, routines, and any specific instructions provided by the customer.

6. Daycare Hours

Our daycare operates from 10 AM to 10 PM. Dogs should be dropped off and picked up within these hours. Failure to collect a dog before 10 PM will result in the dog being transferred to our boarding facility and will be charged double the regular daycare price.

Monthly Daycare Terms and Conditions:

1. Vaccinations

Similar to the daily daycare, dogs attending our monthly daycare program must have received at least two vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be required. We reserve the right to refuse admission if these requirements are not met.

2. Dog Behavior Assessment

All dogs applying for our monthly daycare program will undergo a behavior assessment conducted by our trainer. This assessment helps us ensure that all dogs in the daycare are compatible and can socialize safely.

3. Freezing Subscription

Customers with a monthly daycare subscription can freeze their subscription for a maximum of 14 days per month.

4. Drop-off and Pick-up Service

Our drop-off and pick-up daycare service is available throughout the week except for Tuesdays. On Tuesdays, customers can drop off their dog at 10 AM, but pick-up must be done at 4 PM. If the customer wishes to extend the dog's stay beyond 4 PM, an additional charge of 2 KD per hour will apply.

5. Restricted Dogs

Pregnant dogs, sick dogs, and dogs in heat will not be allowed in our monthly daycare program. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care.

6. Timing and Traffic

Although we strive to maintain the designated drop-off and pick-up timings, traffic conditions may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such situations.

7. Notification of Non-Pickup

If the customer does not want their dog to be picked up for daycare on a specific day, they must inform our reception staff at least one day in advance. Failure to notify us may result in unnecessary arrangements and inconvenience.

8. Dog Pickup Time

Our driver will wait for 10 minutes after calling the customer for dog pickup. If the dog does not show up during this time, the driver will have to leave for other pick-ups. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their availability for dog pickup.

Terms & Conditions for Grooming Services

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our grooming services. By utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the grooming service.

1. Vaccinations

To ensure the health and safety of all pets in our care, we require that all animals should be fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination will be requested. Additionally, if the pet is younger than 5 months, we will need to see a valid vaccination book. We reserve the right to refuse service if these requirements are not met.

2. Pregnant Pets

For the safety of the pet and unborn offspring, we only accept pregnant pets for a dry shower service. We will not provide any other grooming services to pregnant pets.

3. Pet Behavior and Health Issues

It is the responsibility of the pet owner to inform our reception staff about any known behavior or health issues that may affect the grooming process. This information is crucial for the safety of both the pet and our grooming staff.

4. Grooming Area Access

Our grooming area is strictly for staff members only, unless explicit permission is granted by our staff to the pet owner. This policy is in place to maintain a controlled environment and ensure the safety of all pets in our care.

5. Muzzles for Dogs

Dogs that require the use of muzzles must wear them when entering and leaving our premises. This policy is implemented to ensure the safety of our staff, other animals, and customers.

6. Appointment Punctuality

We request that customers arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. In the event of a delay exceeding 15 minutes, we reserve the right to postpone the appointment or adjust the grooming services accordingly, based on our availability.

7. Payment and Appointment Confirmation

To schedule an appointment, a payment link will be sent to the customer. The appointment will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Failure to make the payment within the specified time may result in the cancellation of the appointment.

8. Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellations

If the customer needs to reschedule a grooming appointment, they must inform our reception staff as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability. In case of a canceled appointment, a refund of 75% of the amount paid will be provided, unless the customer requests to reschedule.

Dog Training & Boarding Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our dog training and boarding service. By utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the service.

1. Check-In and Check-Out

The customer is responsible for informing us of the dates and times of their dog's check-in and check-out for our training and boarding service. Any changes to the reservation must be communicated to us in advance.

2. Vaccination Requirements

All dogs must be fully vaccinated, and the vaccination book or proof of vaccination should be presented upon check-in. In addition to standard vaccinations, the dog must have received the kennel cough vaccination and a Bravecto chew pill within the past six months. If these vaccinations have not been administered, we can provide them at an additional cost to the training or boarding service.

3. Meals

For dogs in our boarding service or training program, two main meals per day will be provided, unless the customer provides specific dietary instructions. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any special dietary requirements.

4. Daily Video Updates

To keep the customer updated on their dog's progress, we will send a daily video of the dog via WhatsApp. This allows the customer to stay connected and informed about their dog's well-being during their stay with us.

5. Reservation and Payment

If a reservation is made in advance, a 25% deposit of the total service cost must be paid to secure the booking. The remaining 75% of the payment should be made during check-in. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated to the customer.

6. Illness or Injury

In the event that a dog becomes sick during their stay, we will take the dog to a veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment. We will keep the customer informed of any updates regarding the dog's health. All veterinary expenses will be the responsibility of the dog owner.

7. Delays in Payment

If there are any delays in payment or if we receive no response from the dog owner within 15 days regarding the reason for the delay, we reserve the right to transfer ownership of the dog to Offleash company as compensation for unpaid services.

8. Pre-existing Conditions

If the dog has any pre-existing diseases, injuries, or has undergone surgery prior to check-in, the customer is required to sign a declaration form acknowledging that Offleash company is not responsible for any complications or health issues related to the pre-existing condition.

9. Customer Responsibility

The customer who checks in the dog is the only authorized person to deal or communicate with us and check out the dog. In the event that the customer wishes to delegate this responsibility to another person, written approval from the customer, along with the civil identification of both the customer and the designated person, must be provided.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please read the following Return and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase on our website or in-store. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please refrain from making a purchase.

1. Return and Exchange Period

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, it must be within this specified timeframe.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with the tag still attached. The item should be unused and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide a valid invoice or proof of purchase.

3. Inspection of Delivered Product

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product carefully. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will provide further assistance and resolve the issue as promptly as possible.

4. Process for Returns and Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Contact our customer service team within the 14-day return and exchange period.

- Provide the necessary information, including your order number, product details, and reason for the return or exchange.

- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with the appropriate return shipping instructions or arranging for an in-store return.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For returns or exchanges due to reasons other than damage, defects, or receiving the wrong item, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
